Double pancarpal arthrodesis plates

Fixing in the distal part on the 3rd and 4th metacarpal bones provides greater stability compared to the single-row equivalent of this plate. The plate is already pre-bent to 10 degrees (angle between the distal and proximal part) so that after the procedure the joint is in a favorable anatomical position.
