DHCP plates

DHCP plates are osteosynthesis plates for the distal humerus. They are suitable for transcondylar fractures, Y and T types. The LEFT plate fits the lateral side of the LEFT bone and the medial side of the RIGHT bone (and vice versa in the case of the right plate), after prior bending. In sizes 2.7 and up, the plates have a cutout that allows the last hole to be broken off in order to shorten the reconstruction part. The use of a CONICAL screw in the condylar hole allows for condylar compression.
